Procedure only for small and medium enterprises in accordance with with Art. 3.4 of Federal Law No. 223
Fee from a participant, with which a contract is concluded based on the procurement results (including participants that evade the conclusion of a contract)*. According to present tariff plan, the funds are debited from a special account

Participation in unlimited number of procurement procedures. The necessary amount should be on the account for debiting in case of winning
The amount is blocked on the account when submitting the application**

Participation in unlimited number of procurement procedures
No fee from a winner of the procurement procedure
* Fee from a participant, with which a contract is concluded based on the procurement results (including participants that were considered by the Customer as evaders regarding conclusion of a contract). If a winner of the procurement procedure for SME only is evading the conclusion of a contract, the contract is concluding with another participant for free.
** The fee is charged for each lot within the framework of which the Participant was recognized as the winner of the procurement procedure.
