What is special account for?
Since October 1, 2018 the funds, intended to secure applications, are deposited into special accounts in authorized banks.
After October 1, 2018 suppliers use special account to deposit funds for security of applications while participating in open procedures on any of 8 authorized platforms.

How much opening special account costs?
Each bank independently determines tariffs for opening and servicing special accounts. Often, opening a special account is free of charge if your company has a settlement account opened in a specific bank.
Banks might accrue interest on the balance of the special account, however rates are set individually by each bank.
