We inform you about the working schedule of the ETP TEK-Torg in the period from 30.12.2023 to 08.01.2024.
The ETP will operate in the normal automatic mode.
The customer support service will work on 30.12.2023 until 21:00 Moscow time, then starting from 9: 00 Moscow time on 03.01.2024 in a regular 24/7 mode.
Please note that during the period from 30.12.2023 to 08.01.2024 inclusive, the personal account balance will not be replenished on the electronic trading platform. We ask you to transfer funds to replenish the balance in advance. On 29.12.2023, deposits will be made automatically based on a Bank statement dated 28.12.2023.
Thus, if the deadline is the morning 09.01.2024, then the possibility of filing applications for participation in the procedure, the transfer of funds must be made not later 28.12.2023 that the funds had to go to the account of Operator and was automatically credited to the account of the Participant.
